Enmero started at Passion Tree Care Services, with people who were tired of keeping a spreadsheet tracker alive. We built the system we wished we'd had: one where everyone helps keep the record, not just one person.

Our story

It started with a spreadsheet nobody wanted to own

At Passion Tree Care Services, keeping track of service users meant keeping up with the tracker: a spreadsheet that grew every week. A new row whenever a service changed. Updates chased by phone and email. One or two people holding it all together, and everyone else waiting on them.

We were frustrated with the whole process. The information was there. The problem was that only a few people could add to it, so it was always a step behind the care being delivered.

So we set out to democratise it. Instead of one person keeping the tracker, everyone involved in a service user's care should be able to contribute: referrals, visits, reviews and handovers, recorded by the people doing the work, as it happens.

That idea became Enmero.

Everyone sees what they need to do their job, in real time, behind a secure two-factor login. No spreadsheets emailed around.
