Why Enmero

Spreadsheets work, until they don't

An Excel file can capture every service user, but keeping it up to date takes hours, and the bigger your service grows, the harder it gets. Enmero does the same job automatically, for the whole team, in real time.

Why switch to Enmero

What changes
when you choose Enmero

Less time keeping records up to date, fewer mistakes, and one live picture of every service user that your whole team can trust. Use the switch to see each problem and how Enmero solves it.

    Why teams choose Enmero

Compliance, data and access, in one place

Enmero brings together what a spreadsheet can't: records you can stand behind, data you can trust, and access for everyone who needs it.

    Stay compliant

Every referral, assessment, review and package change is recorded against the service user with dates and names. Reviews and On Going Care decisions are flagged automatically and sent to the right people, so nothing is missed.

    Three services, one record

Follow each person across every service

Many service users start with Home to Assess. If they need more support they move on to Reablement, and some then to On Going Care. Enmero keeps one continuous record, so nothing is lost at handover.

    1. Home to Assess (H2A)

      Quick to start, short-term support

The shortest service, with a low barrier to entry and fast onboarding, so care starts quickly. Many people are back on their feet by the end. Those who need more support move on to Reablement.

    2. Reablement

      Longer support to regain independence

A longer service period for people who need more time, with planned hours reduced as the person grows more independent.

    3. On Going Care

Handed over with the full history

Longer-term care for people who need continued support, with every note, review and package change carried across.

    KPI Summary

Measured against the targets you report on

Reporting that used to take hours, ready when you are. Enmero calculates your KPIs from the work your team records, and shows green where you meet a target and red where you fall short.

    FAQ

    Frequently asked questions

Can't find what you need? Talk to our team. Already using Enmero? Step-by-step guides for every module are in the Help Centre.

    What services does Enmero support?

Reablement, Home to Assess (H2A) and On Going Care. Enmero follows each service user across these services with one continuous record, from the first referral request to the invoice summary.

How is Enmero different from a spreadsheet?

A spreadsheet needs a new row every time something changes, is easy to get wrong and can only really be edited by one person at a time. Enmero keeps one record per service user, updated in place, with consistent data, live figures, automatic alerts and a history of every change. Reports and exports take a few clicks.

How does Enmero keep us on top of reviews?

When a progression review is due, a service user overstays their planned end date, or someone is identified for On Going Care, Enmero sends a notification to everyone involved automatically, so timely updates and actions happen for each person.

Who can see our data, and how is it kept secure?

Only staff your organisation sets up can log in, and every login is protected with a two-factor code. Everyone works in the same secure system, so there are no spreadsheets being emailed around.

    Can we export our data?

Yes. Choose the fields you need, such as district or priority start, pick a date range and export as Excel, CSV or PDF. You can also export invoices and utilised hours.

    Who receives the daily report?

You choose. Dailies are sent automatically to the people you set up, at the time you schedule, with block hours, capacity, referrals and package changes for the day.

    Do you offer staff training?

Yes. We train your team when you start, and the Help Centre has step-by-step guides with screenshots for every module.
